At Yates Hussey Construction clients will have direct contact with Yates Hussey himself. He gives personal attention to each home to ensure not only the clients satisfaction, but also his own as well. This gives him the flexibility to make modifications during the construction process that might otherwise have been overlooked. We act as an on-site general contactor, supervising all these construction details so that the client does not have to. We also give our clients a free consultation as well as detailed estimates and site evaluation.
Every home we build is a custom home, never a spec home. We employ the finest craftsmen to install only the best accoutrements, such as granite countertops, ceramic tile, hardwood flooring and more. The majority of our employees and subcontractors have worked with us for more than twenty years, so they know what high standards we demand for our customers. Besides what we put into a home, the place we put it is just as important. To that end, most of our homes are built on lakes or near golf courses, and horse farms.
